Anyone can now securely and simply top-up his redtouch fone account from the comodity of his mobile phone by subscribing to SMS top-up.   One needs to register for an account unless he already holds one for the selfcare. Having a self-care account is free! Once logged into the self-care section one has to select SMS topup from the services section then select the amount that needs to be credited to his account and proceed to enter the credit/debit card information into the secure website and submit. The amount chosen will be debited from your card account and credited to your mobile account in a couple of seconds.  One will then receive two SMS, one informing you that the account has been credited with the amount selected and another holding the SMS top-up pin number. redtouch fone does not charge any extra charges for topping up using this facility and guarantees that will absorb the transaction charges.

The difference between the web top-up and the sms top-up is that whenever one will need to topup whilst on teh move all that needs to be done is send an sms to 125 (free) and enter the following sequence:

TOPUP E5/10/20/30 PIN ex 'topup e10 1234'

Should one forget his PIN Number assigned during subscription, one can verify it by going into his myredtouch account. This service can be subscribed to and un-subscribed from the myredtouch section at your convenience.
