OFF-Network implies that calls and SMS are made from a redtouch fone line to any other line. If any call/sms is made from a redtouch fone line  to another a redtouch fone line then please check the on-network rates. 

Voice  - €0.16c (To any local mobile and fixed network)
SMS    - €0.05c

All calls are quoted and charged on a per 30 second basis
