Currently redtouch fone clients can avail themselves of 4 top-up voucher denominations being €5, €10, €20, €30. These vouchers can be purchased from quite a large selection of stationers and shops all over the Maltese Islands. Every top-up voucher once topped has a time-window or expiry range which when exceeded all unused balance is lost unless the time window is extended. This can be achieved by topping-up with any other card denomination and the window is extended depending on the value of the card topped up as displayed below:

One needs to note that if the time window is exceeded by 21 days the line is automatically disabled and can be allocated to someone else. Notification messages are sent before and after that the time-window is reached or exceeded so that one will have enough time to react on it. If a line has zero credit for ninty consecutive days the line is set as expired and can be activated only by calling call centre and topping up thenafter.
