Joined ONE Productions Ltd. in the 2003 appointed to analyse and implement a new infrastructure of domain controllers & file servers for office use at Marsa and Hamrun at the time where Information Technology at the radio and TV station played no real important role to the day to day operation of the station. Few months later in 2004 the involvement of artificial intelligence within ONE reached one of the first milestones with the analysis and introduction of the Radio Automation System along with newly refurbished computerised Radio studios.
In 2005 Miguel was responsible for the development and release of ONE's refurbished Web Presence attracting an astounding 3 million visitors in its first year online. During the same year as part of the refurbishing exercise at ONE Productions the computer network has been re-designed and the backbone increased offering stability and speeds exceeding office needs.
In 2006 Miguel alongside with the Managing Director & the station's engineer planned the phase one of the digital automisation of the TV broadcasting including the introduction of state of the art video editing suites. Powered by a cutting edge server farm and networked by fibre optic technology ONE TV with the aid of information technology reached another major technological milestone putting ONE on the forefront of Maltese technological advanced Tv stations.
2007 and technology hasn't stopped evoluting at ONE... following analysis and implementation is also duty of the mentioned department to ensure the smooth running and mantainability of the machinery involved.
2008 brought about the introduction of ONE Productions Ltd. in the mobile telephony service industry having its technical and project management aspect led by Miguel the new brand name redtouch fone ltd turned out to be Malta's most successful MVNO on the islands.
On a more personal level, Miguel has started off his career in 1998 working with Malta's major IT companies as well as with world renowned companies such as Microsoft and RS2 Software Ltd. ranging from analysis, programming, implementation, quality assurance and project management. Alongside with his practical work experience enrichment Miguel has been gathering certifications from a wide range of World Technology Academic bodies. Miguel's greatest hobby is his passion for car modifications and watersport.
