On Monday 25th January 2010 redtouch fone has extended the time window validity for any top-up value to 365 days. All lines that will be topped up from this date onwards will thus have a validity of a year! Should the line be left out of credit for ninty consecutive days the line will automatically be expired and one will only be able to re-activate it by calling call centre and topping-up with any value available. If the line is left expired till the end of the 365 day period, the line is re-transferred to the available number pool and can be assigned to other clients.  For more information please visit our Value and Validity page and Terms & Conditions.
